Part 2 Sounds.Version: 1.0. This mod was converted from rfactor with permission of the F1-S-R Team (see credits.txt for more info). To race the cars on other tracks beside the historic ones, remove. WCP-Series is a modding group specialised in the creation of cars and tracks for video games. WCP-Series have been around the rFactor modding community since 2009. With the new Automobilista title, developed by Reiza Studios, WCP-Series sees this as a big opportunity to offer high quality and exclusive content (cars and tracks) for simracers. Last month, F1-S-R released their Formula One 1991 Historical Edition mod for rFactor. The mod has not just been downloaded thousands of times by avid sim racers but also found its way to a very prominent tester – Former F1 driver Mark Blundell. Below is a video of Blundell giving the mod a spin, driving the virtual version of his Brabham. The 1991 Group C mod includes the Mazda 787B, Porsche 962C and the Sauber C11 in the latest version of the mod for rFactor 2. Featuring unique realistic physics for each vehicle as well as different tire compounds, this is your chance to get behind the whe.

Like F1 1991, 1992 and 1993 but they also made the GP2 2011 mod. 1994 was the first season which didn’t had any driving aids. And was also the season of Michael Schumacher winning his first Championship. But 1994 will always be more known because of the tragic deaths of the legend Senna and Ratzenberger. | |||

I just spent half an hour with this mod, and holy shit, man. If I was looking for a mission statement for FMR, it could boil down to “F1 1991, but a bit less high-strung”.

Holy Jesus are the driving dynamics ever good.
I popped into Mugello in a Jordan-Ford 191, incidentally the car Michael Schumacher first drove (though not at Mugello), and immediately felt comfortable behind the wheel. These are high-powered, high-revving cars with H-gate transmissions and rather few electronic aids, so you’d expect them to be ferocious and uncontrollable. Not so! With the barest nod to setup (side note: F1-S-R built a monoshock front suspension into the Jordan 191, which I’m rather likely to emulate because it’s awesome) I was able to get the Jordan to respond well to steering, throttle, and brake input in a progressive and predictable manner. Downshifting from 6th directly to 2nd into Mugello’s Turn 1 took me all of three laps to get consistently right, and in general the car was demanding but not sudden.
